  • Oversee and enhance the flow of value through the ART, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective delivery of outcomes.

  • Coach Scrum Masters to deepen their teams' understanding of Agile principles and facilitate ART ceremonies, including PI Planning, ART Sync, and program backlog refinement.
  • Identify, escalate, and track impediments while managing risks and dependencies to ensure smooth execution and alignment with ART and portfolio strategies.
  • Monitor and track ART metrics, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement initiatives and assist with Epic estimation as necessary.

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience in Agile methodologies, with a strong understanding of Lean-Agile principles and practices.
  • Exceptional facilitation skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams, Scrum Masters, and leaders in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
  • Strong data experience, with the ability to analyze metrics and drive decisions based on insights to improve ART performance.
  • Experience in managing risks, dependencies, and sequencing across teams, ensuring alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
