PR: $35/hr - $40/hr on W2
Description:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrative Assistant to support the Global Commercial Strategy team. This role reports to the Executive Director of the GCS team. This role is primarily based in our Santa Monica, California offices with some flexibility for selected hybrid workdays out of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including calendar management, expenses, and travel
- Plan and organize internal and external meetings, ensuring timely preparation of agendas and meeting minutes
- Organize and coordinate departmental sign-ups for conferences, symposia and local / international congresses
- Assist in preparation of PowerPoint presentations on occasion
- Additional duties when required
Qualifications
- At least 4-6 years of relevant office administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and is organized with a systematic approach
- Resilience under pressure
- Ability to prioritize information and meetings on behalf of team members / senior leadership
- Proven administrative experience within a fast-paced organization
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Experience with data management and MS Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to help and learn with a team player mentality
- Ability to drive tasks and deliverables to completion with initial direction provided
