Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Training and Documentation Manager to lead and oversee ERP training initiatives, with a specific focus on Oracle ERP systems. This role will require extensive experience in designing, developing, and delivering ERP training programs, creating training materials, and managing documentation efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience and be capable of managing a team that coordinates large-scale training initiatives. Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Guided Learning (OGL), and eLearning tools is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP Training Strategy: Design, develop, and implement ERP training strategies and programs with a focus on Oracle ERP systems, ensuring they align with adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Training Delivery: Lead the delivery of training sessions using various methods such as instructor-led training, eLearning modules, and virtual platforms.
- Training Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive training materials and documentation to support ERP system usage, business processes, and best practices.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of training specialists, overseeing and coordinating large-scale training and documentation initiatives across multiple ERP modules. Provide mentorship and guidance to ensure team success.
- LMS and eLearning Tools: Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS), eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate), and virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx) to design and track training content and progress.
- ERP Process Knowledge: Ensure training content reflects in-depth knowledge of ERP business processes such as finance, supply chain, engineering, and other relevant modules.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams, to ensure training aligns with business needs and addresses process gaps.
Required Skills:
- ERP Training & Documentation: At least 3 years of experience in an ERP training and documentation role, specifically with Oracle ERP systems.
- Training Program Design: Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering ERP training strategies and programs, using adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
- ERP Modules and Business Processes: In-depth understanding of ERP modules and business processes, particularly in areas such as finance, supply chain, engineering, with a strong preference for experience with Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Team Management: Experience managing a team that coordinates large-scale training and documentation initiatives. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a team.
- Learning Management Systems (LMS): Proficient with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for creating, tracking, and reporting on training programs.
- eLearning Tools: Proficiency in eLearning development tools such as Articulate and virtual training tools/platforms like Zoom, MS Teams, and WebEx.
- Oracle Cloud ERP and Guided Learning: Advanced knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP and tools like Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) or UPK is highly desirable.
