The brand is firmly established and is synonymous with quality, innovation and performance and is considered the “best in class” by racing enthusiasts, engine builders, and manufactures alike.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the right candidate will be a result driven and experienced sales manager who will lead and manage the existing sales team, while driving revenue growth across multiple product markets. This role will be responsible for developing new business relationships, strengthening existing partnerships, and identifying and executing strategic sales initiatives.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Oversee and lead the learning and career development of the sales team
  • New Business Development (Player/Coach)

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business development, sales, account management or other directly related experience preferably in aftermarket powersports, automotive, or related industries
  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating a team
  • Strong negotiation skills/experience with the ability to creatively find win-win solutions
  • Strong financial skills and eye for business
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Travel as needed (25%)
