Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Accurately diagnose and resolve a variety of hardware, software, and network-related issues for personal computers and approved endpoint systems. This includes both on-site and remote troubleshooting to maximize efficiency.
- Installation and Configuration: Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and some Linux applications, along with related peripheral devices.
- Receive, store, and issue equipment, tools, and supplies securely and organized.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking and updating information in the asset management system.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure proper stock levels and identify discrepancies.
- Process and fulfill equipment requests from internal departments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for asset procurement and returns as needed.
- Prepare and update detailed reports on inventory status, asset usage, and stock levels.
- Inspect incoming shipments to verify quantity, quality, and accuracy against purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse space for optimal efficiency and accessibility.
- Assist with the disposal or decommissioning of outdated or unused assets to comply with company policy.
- Collaborate with other departments to address asset-related inquiries and support operational needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related role.
- Familiarity with asset management systems and inventory software such as SPA, Oracle, Neurons, or similar programs.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Basic understanding of the procurement process and vendor coordination.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Passionate and has strong interpersonal skills for working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail allow for independent work and thorough issue resolution.
