Python Developer
We are looking for a Python Developer to help automate manual DBA work and streamline database monitoring processes. In this role, you will develop Python automation code to enhance database administration, create monitoring tools, and automate end-to-end database management tasks. Currently, DBAs manually monitor databases—your goal is to build automated solutions to optimize operations. You will work on upgrades, deployments, and decommissioning automation while ensuring RDBMS system efficiency.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUAs a Python Developer, you will be instrumental in automating database administration processes. You will develop Python-based monitoring tools, automate end-to-end workflows, and support DBA teams in troubleshooting bug issues. This role involves both maintaining and developing new automation code, ensuring database projects are optimized, scalable, and reliable. Python Development (5+ years experience)
- Expertise in Python scripting for automation.
- Strong understanding of connecting Python with databases.
- Experience building highly available software services or platform infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Linux environments and database connectivity.
REST API Development
- Experience with Authorization & Authentication.
- Solid grasp of API fundamentals and best practices.
PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of efficient database operations and integrations.
- Understanding of fundamental database concepts.
- Product Management experience in Data Warehousing.
- Past DBA experience.
- GoLang experience.
- Experience in developing and writing Unit Tests.
