Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipments and schedules with carriers to ensure on-time delivery and optimal routing.
- Monitor and track shipments to provide real-time updates to internal stakeholders.
- Analyze transportation data and performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to address logistics challenges and meet client requirements.
- Manage relationships with carriers and negotiate rates and contracts to secure competitive pricing and service levels.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the transportation process.
- Provide exceptional customer service and serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding logistics inquiries and issues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management preferred.
