  • Workday HCM Support:
  • Assist with the implementation and ongoing management of Workday HCM, focusing on modules such as benefits, compensation, absence and time off, time tracking, and talent management.
  • Employee Engagement & Recognition:
  • Oversee employee surveys, recognition programs, and events that drive employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Compliance & Policy Management:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure all HR policies are up-to-date, maintain compliance with legal requirements, and track compliance acknowledgments.
  • Provide status reports to the Executive Team on HR compliance activities.
  • Data Reporting & Analysis:
  • Develop, analyze, and present HR-related reports (e.g., EEO, headcount, compensation data) to support decision-making.
  • Improve reporting capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven insights.
  • Compensation & Surveys:
  • Prepare and present compensation data, engagement survey results, and other HR-related materials to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Benefits Administration:
  • Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment, tax data management, and resolution of any related issues.
  • Oversee the annual benefits enrollment campaign, providing guidance to employees and ensuring smooth processing with vendors.
  • Policy & Record Retention:
  • Ensure HR records are maintained in compliance with retention schedules and organizational policies.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):
  • Support DEI initiatives by integrating best practices into HR programs and collaborating with external experts to promote an inclusive workplace.
  • HR Projects & Special Assignments:
  • Contribute to special HR projects and initiatives as needed, providing support across all areas of the HR function.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including expertise in employee relations, performance management, leave management, and employee engagement.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • SHRM-CP certification is strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience working with Workday HCM, including benefits, absence management, payroll, and compensation modules.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
