A growing team is looking for a PC Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and IT asset management. This role involves working with well-known clients, ensuring smooth IT operations.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot PC and asset management issues to minimize downtime
- Utilize SCCM & Autopilot for imaging and deployment
- Perform laptop wiping, reimaging, BIOS updates
- Operate KVM switches for hardware support
- Set up racks, shelving, power outlets, and cut Ethernet cables
- Assist with hardware repairs, imaging, and installation
- Maintain accurate inventory tagging and tracking
- Handle warehouse tasks, including moving pallets and prepping shipments
- Install and configure printers, copiers, and other IT equipment
- Participate in training on Windows SCCM & Autopilot
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware components
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a warehouse setting
- Strong attention to detail & organization
- Excellent communication & teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn new processes & technologies
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in a warehouse or similar setting
- Familiarity with Windows SCCM & Autopilot
