A growing team is looking for a PC Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and IT asset management. This role involves working with well-known clients, ensuring smooth IT operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot PC and asset management issues to minimize downtime
  • Utilize SCCM & Autopilot for imaging and deployment
  • Perform laptop wiping, reimaging, BIOS updates
  • Operate KVM switches for hardware support
  • Set up racks, shelving, power outlets, and cut Ethernet cables
  • Assist with hardware repairs, imaging, and installation
  • Maintain accurate inventory tagging and tracking
  • Handle warehouse tasks, including moving pallets and prepping shipments
  • Install and configure printers, copiers, and other IT equipment
  • Participate in training on Windows SCCM & Autopilot

What We’re Looking For:

  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware components
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a warehouse setting
  • Strong attention to detail & organization
  • Excellent communication & teamwork skills
  • Eagerness to learn new processes & technologies

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience in a warehouse or similar setting
  • Familiarity with Windows SCCM & Autopilot
