Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will work within the Business Development Department and takes on the role of developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the association's membership, sponsorships, events, and services to its target audience of industry organizations.

Position Summary

Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing oversight with seasonal interns
- Lead list purchasing and digital advertising new opportunities
- Maintain an organized calendar of marketing activities and ensure timely execution of projects.
- Oversee Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives within the Business Development department
- Responsible for daily operations and monthly campaigns within SEIA's content calendar
- Send targeted and mass marketing emails to up to 100,000 prospects on a daily basis through Salesforce Account Engagement
- Juggle time-sensitive projects on an Ad hoc basis for multiple departments within the organization
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals and support advertising sales efforts.
- Works closely with the Sr. Mgr., Business Development to analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and optimize future initiatives.
Professional Experience, Education & Other Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, or related role.
- Expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, i.e., email, social media, website, and print..
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with local and regional sponsors and supporters.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have a can-do attitude and interest in advancing clean energy in the U.S.
- This position is based in headquarters in Washington, DC.
- SEIA employees in the Washington, D.C. region follow a hybrid remote and in-person office model. Employees work 3 days a week in an office environment, and as needed when there are special events or meetings, but otherwise, they can be remote.
