Job Title: Executive Assistant - Family Office
Location: Midtown Manhattan
Days in Office: 5x per week initially (potential for flexible schedule down the road)
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Emphasis on work/life balance)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, professional, and self-motivated Executive Assistant with 3-7 years of experience to join a dynamic, growing firm in Midtown Manhattan. The ideal candidate will be polished, eager to prove themselves, and willing to roll up their sleeves to support a variety of office functions. You will be supporting the Chief Investment Officer (CIO), Justin, and the Robertson Family, playing a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and assisting with a range of activities, including calendaring, event coordination, and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for the CIO, Justin, and the Robertson Family.
- Assist with various foundation-related tasks and event coordination.
- Provide general office support, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support projects and initiatives.
- Role requires someone comfortable taking on diverse responsibilities and getting involved in various office needs.
- Minimal PA work (~10%) – this role will focus more on office and logistical tasks.
- Occasional travel coordination may be needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Industry experience in Private Equity, Hedge Fund, or Family Office is required (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Energetic, polished, and professional with a positive attitude.
- Self-starter with the initiative to proactively support executives and teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team (15 people in total).
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and take on new challenges.
