Professional Development Manager
Professional Development Manager – Up to $175k base + benefits
We’re currently supporting a leading professional services firm in their search for a Professional Development Manager to drive training, performance management, and career development initiatives for attorneys and business professionals.
This role will work closely with senior leadership to design and implement learning programs, manage performance reviews, and support mentoring and coaching initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong knowledge of CLE requirements, and experience developing talent within a professional services environment.
This role will be based in NY on a hybrid basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute training programs aligned with firm goals
- Partner with practice groups to support talent development and retention
- Oversee attorney performance reviews and career coaching initiatives
- Design and manage firmwide professional development programs
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in professional development at a law firm or professional services firm
- Strong knowledge of CLE requirements and attorney training best practices
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
