About the Role

The Growth and Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding Lushi Fertility’s reach and impact within the fertility and wellness industry. This role focuses on building meaningful connections with key stakeholders—including fertility clinics, employers, and insurance providers—to drive growth and create collaborative opportunities that align with Lushi’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Relationship Building

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the fertility and wellness ecosystem, including clinics, employers, and insurance providers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to create mutually beneficial partnerships that support Lushi’s growth objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring strong communication and alignment throughout the partnership lifecycle.

Partnership Development & Collaboration

  • Establish partnerships with fertility clinics and healthcare providers to enhance patient access to Lushi’s services.
  • Collaborate with clinic leaders and HR teams to design programs that integrate Lushi’s offerings into their existing care models or employee benefits.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing insights and solutions that address their unique needs.

Industry Advocacy & Insurance Engagement

  • Build connections with insurance providers and industry stakeholders to advocate for expanded access to fertility wellness services.
  • Navigate the complexities of the insurance landscape to create opportunities for collaboration and coverage.
  • Ensure partnerships align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Strategic Growth Initiatives

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align partnership strategies with Lushi’s overall goals.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the fertility and wellness space to inform Lushi’s growth strategy.
  • Lead presentations and negotiations with potential partners, effectively communicating Lushi’s value proposition.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or relationship management, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, from clinics to corporate leaders.
  • Experience navigating complex industries and creating value through collaboration, with a preference for familiarity in fertility or healthcare ecosystems.
  • Background in startups or high-growth environments
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with individuals at all levels of an organization.
