A Real Estate Investment Firm with $10+ Billion AUM and over 100 employees is looking to bring on a Senior Analyst to join their Portfolio Management Group. The firm has excellent retention - 40% of the employees have been at the firm 10+ years. They have a hybrid schedule and the culture is family oriented with a very flat organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly reporting packages from third party property managers.
  • Annual property budgets, CAM reconciliations and reforecasts.
  • Audit adjustments for both properties and portfolios.
  • Review and coordinate approval of property funding requests (both operating and capital).
  • Ensure accuracy of rent rolls and options reports.
  • Calculate property level dividend distributions and property returns.
  • Conduct variance analysis comparing actual performance to historical, budget and underwriting.
  • Oversee cash management
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging report and work with asset management on addressing delinquencies.
  • Assist in preparation of quarterly investor reports.
  • Coordinate with asset managers and acquisitions dept. regarding ongoing property issues.
  • Maintain property IRR including prepare/review waterfall calculations in joint venture documents.
