GRC Implementation Consultant
The GRC Implementation Consultant is responsible for deploying GRC software solutions, ensuring they align with an organization's risk management and compliance needs. The role involves client engagement, solution configuration, process optimization, and training end users.
<>Responsibilities:</>- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, compliance requirements, and risk management objectives.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of GRC software solutions (e.g., Origami Risk, RSA Archer, Riskonnect, MetricStream, etc.).
- Design and optimize workflows, dashboards, and reporting functionalities to meet client needs.
- Conduct data mapping, system integrations, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide training sessions for end users and administrators to ensure effective system utilization.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide post-implementation support.
- Document project plans, technical configurations, and implementation procedures.
- Work with cross-functional teams (IT, compliance, audit, risk) to ensure a seamless deployment.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices in risk and compliance management.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Hands on experience leading a GRC software implementation
- Hands-on experience with GRC platforms such as Origami Risk, RSA Archer, NAVEX, Riskonnect, Onspring, Wokiva, Auditboard, SAI360, LogicGate or similar.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COSO, HIPAA, SOX).
- Experience with SQL, APIs, and data integration is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
