- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and collaborate with leadership teams effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or a related role with a track record of data-driven decision-making and strategic financial planning.
