Key Responsibilities:
* User Experience Design: Collaborate with developers, analysts, and fellow designers to enhance the overall user experience of hardware and software products
* Wireframing & Prototyping: Design wireframes for products and create prototypes that help visualize user flows and interactions
* User Testing: Work with end-users to test prototypes and gather feedback. Iterate on designs based on feedback and test results to refine products for optimal usability
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to ensure that designs are aligned with technical requirements, market needs, and business objectives
* Market Research: Stay informed on current trends, preferences, and innovations in the UX design space to ensure products are up to date and user-friendly
* Post-Launch Evaluation: After a product has been launched, evaluate user feedback, analyze success metrics, and suggest modifications for future versions of the product
* Project Management: Meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of design elements and prototypes; Balance individual responsibilities with team collaboration

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field; Equivalent work experience may be substituted for formal education
* 7+ years of UX design experience, preferably in the technology or software development space
* A strong portfolio of previous work is required to demonstrate design skills, problem-solving ability, and innovation
* Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, etc.)
* Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and experience with CAD tools
* Ability to design user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes with attention to detail and usability
* Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
* Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and work independently
* A problem-solving mindset, with a focus on improving product usability and user satisfaction

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
