* Analyze test results, identify and report issues, and work with developers to resolve defects and improve software quality
* Use and maintain test automation frameworks, tools, and processes to continuously improve testing efficiency and effectiveness
* Conduct testing on both simulated and real-world systems in various test environments, including laboratory, integration, and production environments
* The QA Engineer will participate in code reviews and provide feedback to software developers on best practices for testability, automation, and reliability
* Keep up to date with advancements in software testing and automation tools, and apply this knowledge to testing practices
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* 3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation and a proven track record of success
* Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, experience with test automation tools, and a strong passion for delivering high-quality software
* Strong experience with test automation tools, such as Selenium, Appium, or JMeter, and scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
* Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide creative solutions
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Passion for delivering high-quality software and a desire to contribute to software testing and automation
* Proficiency in creating and managing test suites, plans and cases
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
