Description:
* The Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for supporting the planning, development, and execution of account-based marketing and digital marketing automation campaigns.
* This role will serve as a key strategic resource for the Digital team in supporting the broader marketing organization s content and optimization efforts.
* The ideal candidate will provide best practice guidance for digital marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
* They will play a vital role in executing the company s digital marketing strategy, leveraging enterprise systems and marketing automation tools.
* This position also involves governance and technical support for ABM and marketing automation platforms, including enhancements, migrations, and system retirements as needed.

Responsibilities:
* Serve as a key administrator and "Power User" for marketing automation and ABM systems.
* Manage enhancements, maintenance, and governance of ABM platforms.
* Act as a workstream lead for new marketing technology implementation projects.
* Plan and execute marketing campaigns, analyzing workflows, lead generation, nurturing, and scoring for optimization.
* Oversee initiatives to architect, upgrade, or enhance marketing automation systems.
* Configure and generate reports, manage user groups, and organize assets/campaigns.
* Conduct training sessions for new users and features, both online and in person.
* Develop segmentation strategies for campaign targeting.
* Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to develop and optimize digital campaigns.
* Maintain and contribute to a marketing campaign calendar.
* Provide mentorship on ABM and marketing automation strategies.
* Deliver regular updates and communications to senior management regarding projects and system enhancements.

Required Skills:
* 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on marketing automation and account-based marketing.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, marketing technology, and industry best practices.
* Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
* Experience in audience and persona development for campaign targeting.
* Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Desired Skills:
* Certifications in ABM, marketing automation, or relevant platforms.
* Knowledge of privacy regulations impacting marketing technology.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $91000K-$130000K
