Associate Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of multiple engineering projects, prioritizing tasks and assigning team members to optimize resources and meet project deadlines.
  • Evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact project scope, budget, or timeline.
  • Lead engineering projects by monitoring progress, resolving operational challenges, and minimizing delays.
  • Manage relationships with external contractors to ensure high-quality service and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and successful market launches.
  • Create, manage, and publish project plans, schedules, and associated documentation.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining scope, schedule, and resource alignment.
  • Motivate and partner with cross-functional teams to drive projects to successful completion.
  • Exhibit excellent judgment on complex, sensitive, and cross-functional challenges, fostering alignment and collaboration across leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of Project Management experience
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing setting is required
  • Familiarity and skill with interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Knowledge on various precision CNC Machinery and principles, fabrication and machining practices.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project in a business/professional capacity
