Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of multiple engineering projects, prioritizing tasks and assigning team members to optimize resources and meet project deadlines.
- Evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact project scope, budget, or timeline.
- Lead engineering projects by monitoring progress, resolving operational challenges, and minimizing delays.
- Manage relationships with external contractors to ensure high-quality service and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and successful market launches.
- Create, manage, and publish project plans, schedules, and associated documentation.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining scope, schedule, and resource alignment.
- Motivate and partner with cross-functional teams to drive projects to successful completion.
- Exhibit excellent judgment on complex, sensitive, and cross-functional challenges, fostering alignment and collaboration across leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years of Project Management experience
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing setting is required
- Familiarity and skill with interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge on various precision CNC Machinery and principles, fabrication and machining practices.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project in a business/professional capacity
