Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, application, and peripheral issues.
  • Perform hardware refreshes, printer maintenance, and AV troubleshooting.
  • Manage IT assets, including procurement, tracking, and disposal.
  • Oversee system updates, software installations, and hardware upgrades.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding by preparing and configuring technical resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, inventory, and asset assignments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical support or customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and some Linux systems.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, and MDM solutions (Intune, JAMF, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • IT certifications (CompTIA, ITIL, etc.) are a plus.

Work Environment & Requirements:

  • 5 days onsite support required - King of Prussia
  • Office-based with occasional lifting of IT equipment (<10 lbs).

Compensation: $25-$28/hour

Pay is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
