About this position:
For this 100%-remote sales position, we are looking for a Finance & Healthcare Associate to join our national client-relations team to provide financial education to families across America.
Candidate should have professional experience but also be well-versed in working with clientele – regardless of industry.
About the position:
- Commission Only - no fixed salary
- Interface directly with clientele to provide financial education
- Identify & prioritize key opportunities for growth
- Develop long-lasting business relationships with clients
- Attend weekly trainings on Zoom
- Train and lead a team of financial professionals
- Learn & implement training systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to keep records and provide illustrations for financial analysis
Qualifications:
- Valid Social Security Number -- either with a Green Card or as a US Citizen
- 3+ Years Experience on Microsoft Office
- 3+ Years Experience of Customer Interaction
- Great Communication skills
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong documentational skills
- Self-Starter a Must -- all training provided in-house
Big Plus:
- Great Organizational skills
- Great Management skills
- Good Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Ability to work across various lines of business
- Education background
