We are looking for a Sr. Technical Project Manager to lead a large integration project within the Technology tower. As a Sr. Technical PM, you will plan, schedule, and manage high-risk, high-revenue projects involving software installation, upgrades, site maintenance, and development. You will work closely with technology teammates and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery in alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and execution of technology projects, ensuring key stakeholder alignment on scope, budget, resource allocation, milestones, and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Actively manage stakeholder expectations and ensure regular updates to project progress.
• Maintain project artifacts in business systems such as ServiceNow, Smartsheet, and SharePoint, while creating monitoring tools like Dashboards and Risk Logs.
• Proactively address issues that impact project timelines, removing barriers to execution.
• Ensure project costs align with the approved budget.
• Deliver technology solutions supporting DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) Journey initiatives, such as Ecommerce, Retail, and Marketing.
• Take on both operational and strategic projects, such as new PLM System implementation and AWS cost-saving initiatives.
• Serve as a servant leader to multiple teams, leading without direct authority.
• Mentor fellow project managers within the Technology PMO.

• Strong background in consumer-facing software development (e.g., mobile app development, web development).
• Expertise working in fast-paced, collaborative, and competitive environments.
