Reason for opening: New project to optimize reporting, streamline integrations, and improve HRIS by enhancing and integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud across multiple platforms.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in IT, software engineering, data analytics, or a related field, preferably within a shared service organization.
Certifications: Oracle Certification required for Consultant roles, preferred for Senior Analyst roles.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in People Services Integrations or People Services Reporting modules.
Experience designing and configuring software applications.
Ability to manage HCM integrations, analyze People Services data, and develop reporting insights.
Proficiency in data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
Advanced ability to design dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present key metrics and trends.
Experience in testing to ensure system accuracy and data integrity.
Business & Communication Skills:

Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and challenges.
Strong experience working with technical teams and vendors for system enhancements and issue resolution.
Complex communication skills, including the ability to present, train, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:

Ability to handle varied and complex business problems requiring analysis and interpretation.
Experience in streamlining reporting processes, automating data collection, and improving visualization techniques.
Functional independent judgment with the ability to set goals, priorities, and contribute to policy recommendations.
Regulatory Knowledge:

Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory compliance (HIPAA) and Business Office Standards.
Other Considerations:

Must be able to maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Minimal travel required (up to 10%).
