Reason for opening: New project to optimize reporting, streamline integrations, and improve HRIS by enhancing and integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud across multiple platforms.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred (Master's a plus) in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in IT(Oracle Fusion/SCM Module), software engineering, or a related field, preferably within a shared service organization.
Certifications: Oracle Certification preferred.
Technical Skillsets:
Working knowledge of Supply Chain Management Integrations.
Experience designing and configuring software applications.
Ability to execute test plans and validate software functionality.
Proficiency in system documentation, user manuals, and training material preparation.
Moderate to advanced computer skills, including email, word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Business & Communication Skills:
Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and challenges.
Experience working with technical teams and vendors to resolve software issues.
Strong communication skills, including training and presentations.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:
Ability to handle routine to complex business problems and implement solutions.
Experience making data-driven decisions and contributing to process improvements.
Regulatory Knowledge:
Understanding of healthcare regulatory compliance (HIPAA) and Business Office Standards.
