RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a fully remote Taxonomy/Product Data Specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities:
* Data Processing: Process data collection files efficiently and accurately using Enterworks PIM (Product Information Management) system
* Product Attribute Management: Review product categories and identify necessary attribute requirements, ensuring all products meet standardized criteria for classification and presentation
* Data Cleansing: Perform data cleansing activities to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of existing product information across all platforms
* Collaboration with Customer Experience Team: Partner with the Customer Experience team to define and implement attribute requirements by category, ensuring that product information meets customer needs and enhances user experience
* Attributes and Data Types Management: Assist in determining appropriate attribute code sets and data types for product categories, ensuring they align with system and business needs
* Excel Expertise: Utilize Excel to its fullest potential for data analysis, formatting, and manipulation; Comfortably apply advanced Excel functions (such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, and other formatting techniques) to manage and process large datasets
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience working with data processing and product information management systems, preferably Enterworks PIM or similar platforms
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in formulas, functions, data analysis, and formatting
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in data and provide solutions for improvement
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly with the Customer Experience team to meet business goals
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
