Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Collaborate with the Delphi specialist to understand the current application’s architecture,

workflows, and user requirements.

• Manage hardware components in shop floor environments, ensuring reliability under

industrial conditions.

• Troubleshoot hardware failures and provide technical support for IT equipment used in

production areas.

• Design, develop, and optimize C# and .NET applications specifically for hardware integration.

• Develop desktop applications using WPF/WinForms for hardware communication and data visualization.

• Ensure integration with existing shop floor hardware, protocols, and databases.

• Provide technical leadership for the migration process, including tool selection, code

reviews, and best practices.

• Conduct software and hardware testing to ensure systems work together seamlessly,

identifying and resolving integration issues.

• Maintain and support software throughout the lifecycle, ensuring smooth operation on

hardware systems.

Qualification & skills :-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience with C# and .NET Framework, with a focus on applications for hardware platforms.

• Strong background in desktop application development using WPF/WinForms and hardware integration.

• Experience with industrial automation systems and protocols like OPC UA, Modbus, and

other communication standards.

• Knowledge of database design, integration, and optimization (e.g., SQL Server).

• Experience with embedded systems and hardware-software integration.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams.
