  • Measure and assess the impact of marketing tactics, including save offers, outbound and inbound campaigns, and product launches.
  • Provide insights on A/B test results across different client surfaces, offering recommendations for future testing and learning.
  • Data Visualization & Reporting

  • Create competitive intelligence assets, including dashboards, reports, presentations, and datasets, and ensure they remain relevant based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Automate and improve data pipelines to scale reporting capabilities.
  • Collaboration & Strategic Thinking
  • Act as a thought partner for marketing and product teams, using data as the north star to guide decision-making.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop scalable long-term strategies based on business intelligence insights.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively invent solutions before business needs arise.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data science, or technical project management.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical techniques (e.g., t-tests, Chi-squared tests).
