Responsibilities
- Provide the CEO with high-level administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and coordinating travel.
- Own operational and logistical tasks to keep things running smoothly—whether that’s preparing materials for key meetings, ensuring follow-ups happen, or handling special projects.
- Act as a gatekeeper and facilitator, ensuring time is spent effectively and that critical communications are managed proactively.
- Take on ad hoc projects and operational initiatives that improve team efficiency and execution.
- Oversee office management tasks, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment, including managing supplies, vendors, and office logistics.
Qualifications
- EA Expertise: 5+ years of experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment. You know how to keep up and keep things moving.
- Operations Experience: Experienced operator who has managed projects, streamlined workflows, or handled complex logistics.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail—you catch what others miss and pride yourself on flawless execution.
- Action Orientation: A bias for action and a problem-solving mindset—you don’t wait for instructions; you figure things out and get it done.
- Confidentiality: The ability to handle confidential and high-stakes situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Mission Alignment: Some level of excitement for the problem we’re solving—you don’t need to be an expert, but you should care about what we’re building.
