About the Role:
Position: Technical Program Manager / Construction Program Manager
Location: Remote
Summary:
The purpose of this team is to build data centers for Client. This role will contribute to plan, direct, or coordinate activities. This is a role that can get full visibility of all the team strategy and execution and learning the newest and the most advanced technology.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
- Minimum 5-7years experience with Program management.
- Minimum 5-7years experience with Strong communication, spoken and written skills.
- Minimum 5-7years experience with Power point, excel, word, Visio and adobe.
Candidate Requirement
- The ideal resume would contain strong communication and written skills, and project management experience.
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- This role will contribute to plan, direct, or coordinate activities.
- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
- Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
- Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
- Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
Salary Range: $120,000 to 140,000 Annually Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
