Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Java-based microservices using Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Kafka.
- Deploy applications to the cloud using CI/CD pipelines.
- (Preferred) Utilize Spring Reactive for enhanced performance.
- Consult on complex software engineering initiatives with broad impact.
- Review and analyze large-scale or long-term software engineering challenges.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
Top Skills:
- Proficiency in Java-based microservices development using Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Kafka.
- Experience with cloud deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
- (Preferred) Experience with Spring Reactive.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.
- Initiative in identifying opportunities, areas for improvement, decision-making, and problem-solving.
