- Food Preparation:
- Set up and prepare the breakfast buffet area before guest arrival, ensuring all food items are fresh, replenished, and properly displayed.
- Ensure that the food is within health and safety standards, including proper temperature control.
- Prepare beverages (coffee, tea, juice) and snacks.
- Guest Service:
- Greet guests warmly and offer assistance with breakfast items.
- Ensure guests are satisfied with their breakfast experience and address any special requests or needs.
- Maintain a friendly, helpful attitude throughout the shift.
- Clean tables, utensils, and equipment after guests have finished eating.
- Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Clean and maintain the breakfast area throughout the morning, including wiping down tables, countertops, and replenishing supplies.
- Dispose of trash and ensure that the breakfast area is presentable at all times.
- Restock the food, beverages, and utensils during breakfast hours as needed.
- Breaking down the breakfast buffet and area after breakfast is finished.
