Responsibilities
- Print Design & Production
- Develop and revise advertisements, brochures, flyers, postcards, books, guides, newsletters, and other print collateral.
- Digital Design
- Create visuals for websites, landing pages, display ads, and other digital platforms.
- Brand Consistency & Quality Control
- Ensure all creative outputs reflect and strengthen Nuvia’s brand identity.
- Collaboration & Project Management
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to align on project goals, manage deadlines, and deliver outstanding designs.
- Cross-Functional Support
- Provide design assistance to other departments, including presentation materials, event collateral, and other ad-hoc projects.
- Ongoing Development
- Stay informed about current design trends and best practices to continuously elevate the impact of our marketing efforts.
- Location & Schedule
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Comfortable working remotely, with availability during Mountain Time business hours (8 AM–5 PM).
- Flexibility for occasional after-hours work if needed.
- Technical Skills
- Demonstrated experience in both print and digital design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other relevant design tools.
- Familiarity with basic web design
- Professional Experience
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house marketing preferred).
- Knowledge of and experience with direct response principles is a plus.
- Soft Skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Capable of juggling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset.
Success In This Role Will Be Measured By
- Brand Elevation: Delivering cohesive, high-impact designs that enhance Nuvia’s visual identity.
- Marketing Impact: Strengthening campaign performance (engagement, lead generation, conversions) through persuasive design.
- Efficiency & Reliability: Meeting (and often exceeding) deadlines to maintain a steady design workflow within the marketing team.
- Innovation & Growth: Consistently improving creative approaches, leveraging industry trends, and pushing the boundaries of design excellence.
- Competitive Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000/year (commensurate with experience and expertise).
- Potential for growth and advancement based on performance and company expansion.
