Reporting to the General Manager of Xbox Film/TV, the ideal candidate will possess a significant background in business and marketing strategy and planning, communications, and centralized operations. Business Strategy and Planning
- Refine and implement strategic plans to drive growth and innovation within the Xbox Film/TV division as part of our Xbox ecosystem.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Work with Film/TV leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of strategic initiatives and impact on our franchises.
- Collaborate with leadership to align business objectives with overall company goals.
- Develop and support a centralized repository for all show and project-related information, ensuring that it is easily accessible and up-to-date. This includes creating and managing databases, document management systems, and other tools to store and organize information.
- Implement best practices and operational standards to optimize workflows and processes across a variety of projects and teams.
- Integrate technology solutions and tools to enhance efficiency and collaboration within the team.
- Develop and maintain clear, consistent, and effective communication channels across all levels of the organization aligned with business goals.
- Create and deliver high-impact presentations and reports for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Film/TV Production or related field AND 8+ years' work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years' experience in strategic operations, marketing/business planning, or a related field within the entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex projects and initiatives.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Passion for film, television, and the entertainment industry.
