Key Responsibilities

  • Follower Growth Strategy: Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to rapidly grow our follower base across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content (photos, videos, and reels) designed to attract and retain followers.
  • Platform Management: Oversee daily operations of social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with Ferrari principles.
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships with followers, influencers, and Ferrari enthusiasts by engaging in meaningful conversations and responding to comments and messages.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics related to follower growth, reach, engagement, and conversion rates, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Influencer & Partnership Strategy: Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and automotive content creators to enhance reach and credibility.
  • Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social media platforms to ensure maximum exposure and audience growth.
  • Paid Growth Campaigns: Work with the marketing team to develop and manage paid social media campaigns focused on increasing followers and engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or content growth (preferably in luxury automotive, high-end lifestyle, or related industries).
  • Proven track record of scaling social media followings organically and through paid strategies.
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, engagement best practices, and content virality.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Experience with influencer marketing, collaborations, and partnerships.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Passion for luxury cars, motorsports, and high-end lifestyle branding is a plus.
