Job Title: Oracle SCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Job Summary:

The Oracle SCM Techno-Functional Consultant will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and maintaining Oracle SCM solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of both technical and functional aspects of Oracle SCM modules. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to maximize the efficiency of supply chain operations and ensure seamless integration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement with Oracle SCM solutions.

- Implement and configure Oracle SCM modules to meet business requirements.

- Provide support and maintenance for Oracle SCM applications.

- Conduct testing and validation to ensure systems meet performance expectations.

- Develop and deliver training sessions for users and stakeholders.

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across departments.

- Create detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.

- Perform regular audits and assessments of the Oracle SCM environments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle SCM applications.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in supply chain management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle SCM applications.

- Proven experience in configuring and implementing various Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle SCM Cloud.

- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant programming languages.

- Knowledge of business process analysis and system integration.

- Project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

- Certifications in Oracle SCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite.

- Experience with DevOps automation and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with data encryption and secure coding practices.

- Knowledge of GDPR and PCI-DSS compliance.
