?We are seeking a skilled, motivated and tech-savvy Instructional Designer to develop and deliver high-quality training content. This role demands a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and consistently delivering high-quality learning content. The ideal candidate will have experience creating engaging material using tools such as MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Snagit, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite. The Instructional Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify needs and create customized training solutions to enhance financial counselors skills and Epic's Financial Assistance Module knowledge.

This role will also involve building and maintaining learning content in SharePoint, ensuring all training resources are easily accessible and well-organized for financial counselors.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including job aids, quick reference guides, eLearning modules, and instructor-led training content.

Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, with a strong portfolio of job aids, eLearning modules, and other training materials.

Gather and analyze input of Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to develop and modify instructional material.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed

Maintain an organized and distraction-free workspace to effectively complete tasks with a high level of precision and efficiency

Review and revise training materials based on feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.

Build and organize learning content within SharePoint, ensuring that all materials are easy to access, search, and update by relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Proficient in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Snagit, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite

Strong communication and presentation skills

Experience in instructional design or developing training content

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong proficiency in SharePoint, with experience in building and maintaining learning content and organizing training resources effectively within the platform.
