Key Responsibilities
- Convert and structure course content from PDFs or InDesign templates into Moodle, ensuring logical flow and interactivity.
- Develop and organize course modules, assignments, quizzes, assessments, and supplementary materials.
- Design and implement interactive elements using appropriate Moodle question types and multimedia content.
- Ensure course responsiveness across multiple devices and screen sizes.
- Configure Moodle settings, including grading schemes, quiz attempts, and passing criteria.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in course material transfer and formatting.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and stakeholders to ensure courses align with learning objectives.
- Adhere to internal guidelines and onboarding protocols to become proficient with customized Moodle settings.
- 2–5 years of experience in Moodle content development, instructional design, or LMS administration.
- Proficiency in HTML, with basic CSS knowledge for design adjustments.
- Fundamental understanding of JavaScript for minor interactive enhancements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to determine optimal quiz structures and content organization.
- Experience with Moodle LMS, including course creation and configuration.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong ability to maintain content accuracy and consistency.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Experience in instructional design or digital learning content creation.
- Background in e-learning development and UX principles for educational platforms.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards in e-learning.
- Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, or other e-learning interoperability standards.
