  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures when necessary.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary to ensure teamwork and office cohesion.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive and familiarity with office management procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
