Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with at least 7 years of hands-on experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, as well as a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Custom Application.

Technical Skills Required

Development experience in ITSM and Custom applications.

Implementing of Workspaces and experience in UI Builder.

Strong experience in Integration, Data source and Transform maps.

Implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations to streamline processes.

Experience using AI to automate processes to improve efficiencies.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.

Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.

Configuring ServiceNow workflows, forms and scripts.

Creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.

In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.

Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.

User Management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.

Establish and maintain data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or CAD

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
