  • Financial & Operational Management: Oversee project budgets, financial forecasting, and cloud cost optimization while managing team performance through resource planning and upskilling initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent IT experience (10 years for technical roles or 12 years for comprehensive IT experience).
  • 10+ years in technology consulting, with at least 5 years dedicated to leading AWS cloud initiatives on large-scale, $5M+ projects.
  • Proven ability to sell and upsell AWS solutions within enterprise accounts.
  • Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with a track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Experience with AWS migrations, application modernization, and multi-account AWS architectures.
  • Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.) and DevOps tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Kubernetes).
  • AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer), PMP, or SAFe credentials are advantageous.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and attention to detail to ensure seamless project delivery.
