Currently, we are looking for a self-starter and highly motivated individual to join our Texas team. This individual will be an integral part of the team and will have a variety of construction management experience with base building, high-profile cultural projects, historic preservation and heavy landscape/sitework improvements.

Currently, we are looking for a self-starter and highly motivated individual to join our Texas team. This individual will be an integral part of the team and will have a variety of construction management experience with base building, high-profile cultural projects, historic preservation and heavy landscape/sitework improvements.
- This position primarily involves full-time, on-site work, at a team office, closely collaborating with the client, general contractor, and multiple vendors on several ongoing construction projects*
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree strongly preferred, relevant career experience will be considered.
- Basic knowledge of business or construction operations, which included cost, scheduling, engineering principles and techniques, or accounting principles.
- Familiarity with standard business operating procedures around document management, invoice management, calendar management, and meeting management.
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience performing data entry, management, and reconciliation in excel using data tables.
- Knowledge of CAD, and Adobe InDesign, preferred.
- Thorough follow through on all task responsibilities.
- Meticulous record keeping and representation of reliable data.
- A “can do” and positive attitude with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- 1+ years of building construction experience, preferred.
- Responsible for assisting the Controls Manager and project management team, dedicatee to a multi-phased project, with many MGAC team members, feeding invoices and paperwork to a single point of contact (Controls Manager) for processing.
- Assisting the Controls Manager on all coordination, supervision and internal/external communications and will be trained to run projects independently in the future.
- As a critical element to the team, this position calls for continual evaluation of team effectiveness to the client, time management and output.
- Ability to work in a high speed work environment with multi tasking and constant deadlines.
- Contribute to the overall team goals and success. Foster team development and maximize potential, working with others to identify and remove barriers to success.
- Support the collection and filing of project documentation and written records as to the progress, issues, solutions, inspections, change orders, construction changes, meetings, drawings, products and other items that reflect the overall progress.
- Review project record as the projects progresses, and help to hold the team accountable for consistent file management.
- Provide support to project management team through calendar coordination, which will include scheduling and attending meetings.
- Track and help to submit to the client’s internal accounting team: invoices, purchase orders, and other financial commitments, etc.
- Provide support on monthly reporting to client which includes data validation and coordination with multiple team members on a regular basis.

- Salary advertised is a broad base and is dependent upon various factors such as, experience, expertise, and location. This salary base does not include the full compensation package, which could include bonus, 401k (8% matching btw) and other benefits**
