Position Summary

The President will act as the company's day-to-day leader, working closely with the private equity sponsor and Board to execute a focused growth strategy. • Drive revenue growth through enhanced digital customer acquisition, sales enablement, product line expansion, and pricing strategies.
  • Implement best-in-class operational processes to improve efficiency, margins, and scalability.
  • Assess and pursue strategic M&A opportunities, integrations, or bolt-on acquisitions in partnership with PE sponsor.
  • Build and develop a high-performing leadership team and foster a culture of ownership, agility, and executional excellence.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership in industrial manufacturing, with P&L ownership in a PE-backed or growth-stage environment.
  • Track record of leading companies through scaling, transformation, or successful exits in collaboration with private equity investors.
  • Strong understanding of B2B eCommerce, digital GTM strategies, and customer experience optimization.
  • Operationally-minded with deep knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution economics.
