Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience working with position data and position management systems. This role will also organize projects and support communication and education efforts related to position management

Qualifications

  • Ability to learn new position management systems
  • Some experience with communications
  • Project management, and auditing data required.
  • OrgTool Management (Business as Usual) Bi-Weekly
  • Conduct periodic audits in OrgTool for data accuracy + do cleanup work on PID attributes as needed
  • Ensuring standard position titles match
  • Identifying frozen/locked PIDs released to pillar teams and review with WFS team
  • Conducting review on backfill PIDs released to pillar teams and whether we need to absorb them back into Reserve (depending on backfill strategy)
  • Ensuring official JDs are the ones being used for hire
  • Identifying PIDs without a req attached with current LRD (supporting Adina)

Daily
  • Help with the release of PIDs from reserve to teams and track these releases
  • Maintain the PID Delay Tracker and build out periodic reports
  • Support movement in and out of the IDC Reserve by making OrgTool changes
  • Pull OrgTool exports when needed
  • Work with XFNs to help unblock PIDs if there are any roadblocks (partner with Adina)
  • Update PID release status reports on HC needs (Field/Central)
  • Communications Management (Project-Based)
  • Project Timing: Project to start in H1 and wrap up in H2
  • Help update and maintain the team Wiki with accurate and up-to-date content on a periodic basis
  • Assist in content development for Wiki pages
  • Ensure all content is updated and relevant, removing outdated or unnecessary information

Team Operations Management (Business as Usual)
  • Bi-Weekly
  • Assist in managing the team's roadmap, ensuring project-level updates are accurate and timely by maintenance of the OKR Tool
  • Maintain the team repository, utilizing file management skills and organizational abilities
  • Team Operations Management (Project-Based)
  • Project Timing: Will start in H2, will take about a quarter
  • Capture and develop team’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00- $65.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
