What you'll be doing:

  • Update Excel documents containing billing data
  • Review timesheets for proper coding and shift inaccuracies
  • Generate client invoices using Sage Intacct
  • Answer billing questions for clients via email
  • Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors
  • Issue timely invoicing per contract terms
  • Research and resolve discrepancies and issues with vendor billing
  • Meet quality and timeliness metrics in a high-volume environment

What we are seeking:

  • Intermediate Excel skills (required)
  • 3+ years’ experience in billing
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business (preferred)
  • Prior billing in a staffing firm experience preferred
  • 2+ years invoicing experience (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Detail and process improvement oriented
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong focus on teamwork and ability to collaborate
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal direction
