What you’ll be doing

• Leading and managing food safety and quality programs to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Overseeing plant audits, developing SOPs, and ensuring all processes align with industry best practices.
• Training and developing a high-performance team to maintain and improve quality standards.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams, including R&D and production, to drive continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for

• At least five years of leadership experience in food safety and quality assurance.
• A background in food science, microbiology, chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience with HACCP, FSMA, and BRCGS certification.
• USDA experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for continuous improvement.
