Job Summary: Join our team to keep our associates safe and healthy while on assignment with our Client. In this role you’ll take a proactive role in preventing injuries and safety incidents.
This is a temporary role with no planned end date.
Primary Functions
- Cultivate a culture of safety among associates by promoting and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Conduct HR and Safety Incident Investigations for Integrity Associates.
- Facilitate HR and Safety Incident Investigation process by partnering with onsite internal staff, HR team and Client Safety Department.
- Input Safety Incident Investigation data into employee database in an efficient and timely manner.
- Partner with Workers Compensation team on case management process.
- Aid Account Manager with leading, training, and motivating temporary staff to be safe
- Identify and inform onsite management team, HR , Client Safety Department of compliance issues, safety risks and improvement opportunities by conducting daily, weekly and monthly audits.
- Perform Safety Observations & Audits.
- Conduct safety trainings for new employees
- Act as a liaison and point of contact for assigned internal staff, Account Manager, Shift Leads, Client Managers and HR team.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English (reading/writing/speaking)
- Previous safety experience, large high-volume environment experience is required
- Customer driven with communications skills, teamwork and a capacity to work in a fast paced working environment.
- Self-motivated
- Possess the ability to analyze incident data for potential safety concerns or safety risks.
- Must be willing to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends as business demands
- Ability to work extended hours to meet business needs.
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- Walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a warehouse environment
