We are seeking a seasoned Regional Environmental Project Manager (15+ years) with a diverse project background, including but not limited to oil & gas, natural gas, LNG, transmission & distribution, utilities, and renewable energy. This is a high-impact, remote role based in Houston, Texas, offering the opportunity to take over existing client relationships while also expanding and developing the Texas client base with significant autonomy.

What We’re Looking For:
· NEPA & Environmental Compliance Expertise
Deep understanding of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and related state and local environmental regulations.
· Diverse Industry Experience
A strong background in at least one of the following sectors: oil & gas, natural gas, LNG, transmission & distribution, utilities, or renewable energy.
· Proven Business Development & Client Management Skills
Demonstrated ability to attract, retain, and expand client relationships, drive project backlogs, and increase revenue and profitability.
· Strong Regulatory Knowledge & Agency Coordination
Experience working with federal, state, and local agencies on siting, routing, permitting, and environmental documentation.
· Entrepreneurial Mindset & Leadership Abilities
Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and build out a thriving regional practice with full autonomy.
