We’re seeking a Technical Systems Analyst to support a data hub team focused on real-time data integrations. This role involves writing and validating technical requirements for APIs and event-based systems. You'll collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to ensure seamless data movement across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Write clear user stories and technical requirements for API and event-driven systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify acceptance criteria and align on deliverables.

Validate functionality through UAT and regression testing; write and review test cases.

Investigate data issues using SQL; work with XML, JSON, and tools like Postman.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning (2-week sprints).

Document decisions and technical details in Confluence and JIRA.

What You Bring:

3+ years in a technical analyst role, with experience in real-time data, APIs, and event-based architecture.

Strong SQL skills and comfort working in large databases.

Experience with Agile methodology, including backlog grooming and story refinement.

Detail-oriented with a strong testing mindset and documentation skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environment.

Nice to Have:

Experience with integration testing and system interoperability.

Familiarity with large-scale retail or data movement environments.
