HR Business Partner (NA Sales Team)
About the Role:
As the HR Business Partner for our North American Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a positive and engaging work environment..You will be a trusted advisor to sales leadership, providing strategic HR guidance and hands-on support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Partner with sales leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent pipelines.
- Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Proactively address employee concerns and resolve issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.
- Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
3. Performance Management:
- Partner with sales leadership to set clear performance expectations and goals.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management processes, including feedback delivery and performance improvement plans.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve team effectiveness.
4. HR Operations:
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
- Process payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the HR Operations team.
- Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRBP, preferably in the tech or new energy industry.
3. Proven experience supporting sales organizations is highly desirable.
4. Strong understanding of US employment laws and regulations.
5. Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
9. Ability to accept occasional jet lag in communicating with the China team.
